Modifications in .csproj disregarded

We have a problem with new items (currently some new user controls)  in a project being disregarded, so they are not included in the build.
Modifications of existing components are building fine.
We are using CCNet plugin v.1.3.2 with TFS2005.

Any help would be appreciated.
